REDIAM. WMS/WFS HIC 1110 Bancos de arena cubiertos permanentemente por agua marina, poco profunda

Servicio WMS correspondiente a Fondos arenosos marinos de la plataforma continental y bancos de arena siempre sumergidos, con una profundidad en la zona más elevada menor de 20 m. Pueden ser fondos desnudos o acoger praderas de fanerógamas y algas, con Zostera marina y Cymodocea nodosa como especies principales. Es un hábitat especialmente rico en fauna, principalmente invertebrados y peces. Cuando los sedimentos arenosos cubren sustratos duros, se consideran dentro de este tipo de hábitat si la biomasa asociada depende de la arena y no del sustrato subyacente.
